By completing your enrollment in any jungle fire circle retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Experience

​

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a nature-based retreat experience held at a private off-grid jungle property in Belize. This experience may include, but is not limited to, activities such as:

​

➝ movement practices

➝ fire-based gatherings

➝ mud, water, and earth-based experiences

➝ walking on uneven or natural terrain

➝ interaction with natural elements and outdoor environments

​

You understand that this is not a conventional or luxury resort environment and that participation may involve physical, emotional, and environmental exposure.

​

2. Assumption of Risk

​

You acknowledge and understand that participation in this retreat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

​

➝ slips, falls, or injury due to uneven, wet, or natural terrain

➝ exposure to insects, animals, plants, or environmental allergens

➝ heat, sun exposure, dehydration, or weather-related conditions

➝ water-related risks including drowning or injury

➝ fire-related risks from open flames or smoke exposure

➝ limited access to immediate medical care due to the remote location

➝ transportation-related risks to and from the property

➝ physical or emotional discomfort arising from participation

You voluntarily and expressly assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

3. Health and Personal Responsibility

​

You confirm that:

​

➝ you are physically and mentally capable of participating in this experience

➝ you will disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations

➝ you are responsible for managing your own health, hydration, and wellbeing

➝ you will not participate in any activity beyond your personal limits

​

You acknowledge that no medical services are provided on-site.

​

In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize retreat organizers to seek emergency care on your behalf and agree to assume full financial responsibility for any resulting costs.

​

4. Travel Insurance Requirement

​

You acknowledge that you are expected to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to attending the retreat, including coverage for:

​

➝ medical care

➝ emergency evacuation

➝ trip cancellation or interruption

➝ travel delays and disruptions

​

If you choose not to obtain such insurance, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any financial loss, medical expense, evacuation cost, or disruption incurred.

​

5. Release of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the retreat organizer, property owner, employees, contractors, facilitators, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability for:

​

➝ personal injury

➝ illness

➝ death

➝ property damage or loss

​

arising out of or related to your participation in the retreat.

​

This includes any claims based on negligence, except where prohibited by applicable law.

​

6. Indemnification

​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the retreat organizer and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

​

➝ your actions or omissions

➝ your violation of this agreement

➝ your participation in the retreat

​

7. Third-Party Services

​

You acknowledge that certain services (including transportation, excursions, or other optional experiences) may be provided by independent third parties.

​

You agree that the retreat organizer is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, or performance of any third-party provider.

​

8. Participant Conduct

​

You agree to:

​

➝ follow all safety guidance provided

➝ act responsibly toward other participants

​

The retreat organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

​

9. Force Majeure

​

You acknowledge that the retreat may be affected by events beyond the control of the organizer, including but not limited to:

​

➝ weather conditions

➝ natural disasters

➝ transportation disruptions

➝ public health events

➝ infrastructure or utility failures

​

You agree that the organizer is not liable for such events or their consequences.

​

10. Cancellation & Non-Refundability Policy

​

By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made toward participation in the retreat are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, travel delays, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to attend for any reason.

​

You understand that the retreat requires advance planning, resource allocation, and limited-capacity reservations, and that your participation secures a specific space that cannot be easily replaced.

​

You acknowledge that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any unused portion of the retreat, early departure, or non-participation.

​

You further acknowledge that you are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies, and you accept full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from your inability to attend or complete the retreat.

​

11. Governing Law

​

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved within Belize.

​

12. Acknowledgment of Physical Signature Requirement

​

You acknowledge that you will be required to review and sign a physical copy of this agreement upon arrival at the retreat location.

​

13. Final Acknowledgment

​

By completing your enrollment, you confirm that:

​

you have read this agreement in full;

you understand the risks involved;

you voluntarily agree to all terms; and

you accept full responsibility for your participation.
