🌴 what is the flow of a typical day?
Each blessed day begins with a fire kindling ritual and sound bath for the ecofarm. The morning centers around communal fire hearth cooking, river swimming, and guided breathwork.
After lunch, we’ll connect intentionally with our inner fire by engaging in the signature activity for the day. We’ll enjoy the butterfly garden at sunset before gathering around the fire to cook dinner together. The jungle fire circle occurring each evening will feature a fire-based ceremony, ritual, or meditation aligned with the theme of the day.
