🌴 what is the flow of a typical day?
Each blessed day begins with blowing bubbles & playing in waterfalls. The morning expands delightfully with communal fire hearth cooking, river swimming, and 30-60 minutes of guided breathwork.
After lunch, we’ll move our bodies to connect intentionally with the open air. We’ll enjoy the butterfly garden at sunset before centering around the fire to cook dinner together. The jungle fire circle occurring each evening will feature a form of play aligned with the day's intention.
